The documentation album includes a treasure trove of documentation including the original owner’s
documents, a Bill Of Sale each time it sold, an old appraisal with photos, an old Hemmings ad of the car, trophy history,
old photos, and some history narrative info.
The buyer will receive a DVD of the Videos and the photo album from this
presentation to further document the car.
HISTORY
This car was said to have remained in the Cadillac show room in Gunnison
Colorado for 10 years – from 1960 until 1970. The original “window sticker” was never
removed. The first registered owner (Willodean Marshall) purchased it in 1970 from the Gunnison dealership and kept it for
22 years before selling it to the second owners (Alferd and Leotta Pattison) in 1992. In 1996 the Pattisons
sold it to Loyd Bascom who kept it 14 years before selling it to me. Whoever buys this car will officially
be the 4th owner of record. It is amazing how every past owner has viewed themselves as “caretakers”
of this fine automobile. It has lived a very pampered life and seen very limited usage. It
has only recently received its third set of tires. Both of the previous sets “dry rotted” with ample tread still
remaining.
CONDITION
This
car should be a “benchmark” for originality. It has NEVER been in an accident, NEVER been repainted
(or even touched up in any way). It has 100% of its ORIGINAL paint as well as interior, glass and driveline,
all of which have been purposely preserved in mint condition. Naturally, it has a patina that comes with
age (love it) and some minor blemishes, but, as a whole, it is simply amazing.

Needs NOTHING ….. Fly in to the Dallas airport and drive it across country in perfect comfort. This car has been maintained
as new since new. It has awesome acceleration, steers with the palm of one hand and has very responsive braking. Everything
works except the radio (antenna goes up and down fine). The Air Conditioning blows COLD and strong, the POWER windows, seat,
and antenna all work as new. The tires are new American Classics which are Coker’s very best. It really feels like it
has just been driven off the show room floor.
Invest in quality ….. survivors like this are highly sought after
and represent a safe investment in a hard asset and an American icon of art and machine.
